1. General Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products through the online store of EXTREM PURO EXTREMADURA (https://www.extremiberico.com), owned by AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice, is required in order to purchase products through our online store. These provisions constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between the customer and AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. and govern the commercial relationship between the parties.
AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions, the contents of the website, and its Privacy Policy at any time. Customers are therefore advised to review the latest published version before placing an order.
To make a purchase, customers must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Spanish law.
Purchases through the online store are available exclusively within Spain, excluding Ceuta and Melilla (hereinafter referred to as the “Territory”).

2. Ordering Process and Payment Methods
2.1 Product Selection
Customers may browse the online store and add products to their shopping cart.
Each product page includes:
- Product description
- Unit price including applicable taxes
- Quantity selected
Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and displayed before payment is completed.
Depending on the delivery destination and order volume, shipping costs may vary. As a general guideline, shipping fees may range between €0 and €5, although the final amount will always be displayed prior to confirming the order.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the correct price or offer cancellation of the order with a full refund.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, quantities, and pricing carefully before completing their purchase.
Registration
To place an order, customers must complete the registration form.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and required to process the purchase. Failure to provide the requested information may prevent order completion.

All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Customers are solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Payment information entered during checkout is processed directly by the payment provider. AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. does not have access to customers' payment details.
Upon successful completion of an order, customers will receive an email confirmation containing:
- Purchased products
- Total price
- Estimated delivery time
Should any ordered product become unavailable after purchase, customers will be informed and offered either:
- A replacement product
- Order cancellation with a full refund
In the event of fraudulent charges made without the customer's consent, the customer is entitled to immediate reimbursement. AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. may request documentation relating to the loss, theft, or misuse of the payment card to verify the claim.
3. Delivery Times and Shipping Costs
Once payment has been confirmed, AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. will dispatch orders for delivery within the Territory within a maximum period of 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Customers will receive an email notification once the order has left our facilities, including the estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
4. Returns Policy
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing as private individuals have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Once the returned products have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days, excluding return shipping costs.
4.2 Incorrect Orders or Delivery Incidents
If the products delivered do not correspond to the order placed, AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. will assume all costs associated with replacing the incorrect item.

5. Company Liability
AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. guarantees the quality, authenticity, and proper condition of all products sold through the online store.
If a product arrives damaged or visibly deteriorated during transport, customers should notify us immediately using the contact details provided above.
In such cases, AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. will bear all associated replacement or collection costs.
Customers acknowledge that our products require appropriate storage conditions. AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. shall not be responsible for products that have been partially consumed or improperly stored after delivery.
Product photographs displayed on the website are intended for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance, colour, or presentation may occur and shall not constitute grounds for claims unless the product differs substantially from that ordered.
AGRICULTURAS DIVERSAS, S.L.U. shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Force majeure
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Strikes
- Service interruptions by third-party providers
- Payment gateway failures
- Telecommunications outages
While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service and product availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such situations shall not give rise to claims for direct or indirect damages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or performance of this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the consumer’s place of residence, where applicable under consumer protection legislation.
