• Visit the drying facility to see the entire process.

Tasting in the dining hall:

• Extrem Puro acorn-fed Ibérico ham.
• Extremadura, cured meat products, oil and a glass of wine, water, soft drink or beer.
• Products from the dryer are available for purchase.

Tour duration, timetable and formats

• Tour duration 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Monday to Friday - prior booking required 08:00 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 17:30.


• Children under 16 years of age accompanied by an adult.
• School groups.
• People over 65.
• Unemployed people and their families.

Booking conditions, languages and other offers

Booking conditions:

• Group bookings required at least one week in advance. Group tours are offered with a personal guide for up to a maximum of 25 people.
• The tours are guided in Spanish.
• Tours with an English-speaking guide can be arranged for groups of at least 25 people with a prior booking.
• Maximum 25 people.
• For other conditions, please ask.
