If you have chosen to enjoy an EXTREM PURO EXTREMADURA hand-cut ham, our master carver will take charge of preparing the chosen piece for you. The cut of our acorn-fed Iberian hams must match their genuine taste, to bring out their shades and aroma.
To keep the product in a perfect state, it is presented in vacuum packed sachets of 80 g., approximately 32 sachets, depending on the size of the leg, together with two sachets of ham dices and a sachet with the bone cut into pieces in order to give a more exquisite taste to your stews.
