At EXTREM PURO EXTREMADURA we only know one way of guaranteeing excellent quality in our Iberian products: by controlling all of the phases and taking care of all of the details, from their selection up to when they arrive on your table. All of our products are exclusively elaborated with our own 100% Iberian pigs, following a traditional curing process based on patience – a minimum of 42 months for hams and 24 months for shoulder hams – and fed freely on acorns and natural pastures in the idyllic location which is our Oak Forest in Extremadura.
