All of our products are exclusively elaborated with our own 100% Iberian pigs, following a traditional curing process based on patience – a minimum of 42 months for hams and 24 months for shoulder hams – and fed freely on acorns and natural pastures in the idyllic location which is our Oak Forest in Extremadura.
